| In September 2017 Håkan Johansson founded eQUALS Power AB. eQUALS Power AB is a consulting company acting across energy, power and infrastructure sectors.
2014 to September 2017 he was active in ABB Enterprise Software as Senior Specialist in Power Systems, Digitalization in Power Grids, Smart Grid Project Development and Consulting. Håkan joined ABB in 1983 and held several executive positions in the sales and marketing. In 2009, Håkan became member of ABB’s Global Smart Grid Initiative responsible for Marketing, Market development, Project Development and Power systems studies. His main contribution has been on global deployment of energy system developments and implementation strategies to secure a stable and cost effective power system. Håkan has a background from Power Systems Protective Relays, Control, Communication and SCADA, FACTS & HVDC, but has also been active in Robotics and Process Automation within the ABB group. Håkan is an internationally recognized expert in his field. He has been involved in the design, development and implementation in most of the innovative and sustainable ABB Smart Grid projects. Håkan been in the board of directors of the Regional Task Force (RTF) within the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for Smart Grid / Smart Cities implementations. Hakan is also acting as advisor to governments and Power Utilities assisting in energy related topics mainly in Asia, Middle East and Africa. |
